Reezena is Manager of Education & Transformation for Mee Memorial hospital, northern California. She is a veteran Trauma Critical Care RN and has worked as Educator/Clinical Instructor for BSN/ADN/LPN programs, while concurrently working at the bedside. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Healthcare Systems Leadership, Dec 2016, Chamberlain College of Nursing. She obtained her MSN from American Sentinel University, BSN- Deaconess College of Nursing, critical care certification (CCRN), AACN, and initial nurse training (RGN) from Oxford Brookes University, England. Reezena is an author with peer-reviewed journal publications and eradio blog interviews on various nursing issues with Inurse radio (International Nurses Association, 2015). She shares her expertise at national & international nursing and healthcare conferences.

Nursing and Healthcare

Dr. Alata moved to the USA where he completed his High School, and higher education at the University of Michigan. He graduated with High Distinction; majoring in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy. After his graduation he earned his Doctor of Medicine; M.D. degree from Ross University School of Medicine. His career focus was on medical education and training. He held the position of Medical Programs Director at a private institution for over 4 years. Dr. Alata then held other positions including Medical Practice Manager for a chain of successful primary care outpatient urgent care centers in Michigan, USA. Dr. Alata's acculturation in the UAE dates back to early 2015. He first held the position of Business Manager for Aster Grace Nursing and Physiotherapy, located in Abu Dhabi. Currently, Dr. Alata holds the position of the Medical Director for Via Medica International Healthcare.
